We will try everything in our power to make your shopping experience excellent. Unfortunately, sometimes things do not work out as anticipated and things need to be returned. 

We make leather products with the finest leather at the highest standard. Our collections represent many months of research and product testing. As long as we're around (and we're hoping to be around quite a while...with a second generation "in training" now) we will take care of the products we make and the customers we've been fortunate enough to earn. 

Improperly Shipped Items

Damaged Items

If you find any defect/fault/damaged part(s) in the product, we will gladly offer an exchange of the same product or refund the cost. Claims for damages must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods. Please contact us with a photo and the details.


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and want to return it, you can send it back to us for a refund within 30-days from the day the goods are received.  If 30 days have gone by since you received your item(s), we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with tags attached, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (so please include your order number in any correspondence).  Please contact us with the details.   You are responsible for shipping charges.

Wanderings Journals - Warranty

Wanderings Journals have a lifetime guarantee (excluding abuse and misuse). Please contact us if you have an issue with your journal.  Please note that all other journals are covered by the 30-day Return Policy only.
