How long will shipping take?

Most orders arrive within 1 week. To provide fast, reliable delivery, we partner with Amazon Logistics for fulfillment, so your order will arrive in an Amazon package. We ship from many countries depending on where you are located: the USA, Canada, UK and several countries in Europe. We will always ship from the closest Amazon fulfillment center that has the Wanderings product you ordered. We do this because it's efficient, and it avoids any extra duties or import fees on nearly all deliveries.

What are your shipping costs?

There are some scratch marks on the leather of my Wanderings product, is this normal?

Yes! Wanderings leather products are made of genuine, full grain leather (the highest quality leather available) and are not treated with any lacquers or sealants. This way, the leather can “breathe” and, if taken care of properly, can last a lifetime. Half the fun of your new Wanderings leather piece is carrying it around, scuffing it up, and making it as unique as the journeys you take it on. If you are not a fan of the scuffed up look, simply wipe the leather with a slightly damp soft cloth—this will remove or lessen the majority of any scratches.

Do you accept bulk or wholesale orders?

Yes — we offer wholesale/bulk pricing with discounts based on quantity ordered, whether you’re planning ongoing wholesale purchases or a one-time bulk order for a special occasion or event.
